REQUIREMENTS

- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in sales or customer service
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of local real estate market is a plus
- Valid real estate license
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Responsibilities:
- Market and promote property listings to attract potential buyers
- Assist buyers and sellers in negotiating the best terms for property transactions
- Provide guidance and support throughout the entire buying and selling process
