REQUIREMENTS
- Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and tasks
- Proficient with technology and comfortable using MS Office
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, helping them navigate the buying and selling process
- Market properties through various channels such as advertisements, open houses, and listing services
- Assist clients in determining the right price for their property based on market conditions
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the negotiation and closing process
- Stay up-to-date with real estate trends and market conditions to provide accurate information to clients
