Our friendly Lewiston office is seeking a professional Real Estate Specialist who will serve as a valuable intermediary between sellers and buyers. As a Real Estate Specialist, you will be responsible for marketing listings and providing guidance to both buyers and sellers. This position presents an amazing opportunity for individuals who are looking to make significant strides in their real estate career.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful sales in the real estate industry
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Warm and friendly demeanor, creating a pleasant and trustworthy experience for clients
  • Familiarity with MS Office software
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • Must be 18 years old or older

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price and under the best terms
  • Understand clients’ needs and financial abilities, and propose appropriate solutions
  • Promote property sales through effective advertisements, open houses, and listing services
  • Showcase and market available real estate properties to potential buyers
  • Prepare and handle necessary paperwork, such as contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements
