REQUIREMENTS
- Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
- Friendly and approachable, with outstanding people skills
- Demonstrable aptitude in negotiation and problem-solving
- Trustworthy and results-driven, with a strong track record of sales
- Ability to work independently and effectively, while also being a team player
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Must be 18 years or older
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with sellers and buyers, understanding their needs and financial abilities to propose tailored solutions
- Act as a consultant, providing guidance and supporting clients through the marketing and purchasing process
- Conduct comparative market analysis to accurately estimate property values
- Promote listings through various channels such as advertisements, open houses, and listing services
- Effectively communicate market conditions, pricing, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters to clients
