You will lead a strategic role responsible for serving as an end-to-end strategy and execution partner to solve business problems using real-world data.

• Identify, evaluate, and source fit-for-purpose data, developing robust RWE (Real World Evidence) strategies and delivering timely RWE studies with strong impact for all our stakeholders.
• Serve as the face of Sanofi to the institutions and organizations we look to develop RWD strategic partnerships.
• Identify data needs based on short- and long-term business and research questions, portfolio, and brand priorities to identify opportunities for developing strategic partnerships and develop data strategy recommendations.
• Scout for appropriate data sources liaising with healthcare institutions, networks, and other database owners.
• Develop and maintain relevant senior-level relationships.
• Be externally focused while working closely internally with the RWD&ES team, as well as with a range of cross-functional partners in medical, market access (including Health Economics and Outcomes Research), digital, commercial and others.
• Negotiate and execute partnership agreements.
• Design and implement effective data access mechanisms and anticipate risks associated with partnerships, proactively develop plans and processes to mitigate potential challenges.
• Manage alliance with ongoing partnerships.
