We are looking for an experienced scientist with extensive hands-on experience in basic human pluripotent stem cell research, organoid culture and liver development and disease including:
- Optimization of stem cell and organoid culturing conditions
- Characterization of the functionality of the edited stem cells and liver organoids in vitro
- Innovation of new methods to analyze hepatic functions and disease phenotypes of the liver organoids
- Confocal microscopy
Kvalifikasjoner
- Completed PhD and post-doc
- High impact publications on liver organoid models
- Extensive hands–on experience on cultivation of liver organoids
- expertise in liver development and disease
- Experience in supervision of PhD students
- Fluent oral and written English communication skills
