We are looking for an experienced scientist with extensive hands-on experience in basic human pluripotent stem cell research, organoid culture and liver development and disease including:

  • Optimization of stem cell and organoid culturing conditions
  • Characterization of the functionality of the edited stem cells and liver organoids in vitro
  • Innovation of new methods to analyze hepatic functions and disease phenotypes of the liver organoids
  • Confocal microscopy

Kvalifikasjoner

  • Completed PhD and post-doc
  • High impact publications on liver organoid models
  • Extensive hands–on experience on cultivation of liver organoids
  • expertise in liver development and disease
  • Experience in supervision of PhD students
  • Fluent oral and written English communication skills
