Description:
Acolhe os clientes no Resort, procedendo ao seu check-in e check-out. | Welcomes guests to the Resort, checking in and out.
FUNCTION DESCRIPTION:
- Serve the customer, in person, at the resort Reception;
- Carry out customer check-in and check-out;
- Clarify customer queries and promote a good experience at the resort;
- Respond, via telephone and/or email, to customer requests;
- Support the reservations department and Owners Club customers.
PROFILE AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Relevant professional experience;
- Computer knowledge from the user’s perspective;
- Knowledge of the HOST hotel system (preferential factor);
- Knowledge of foreign languages (English - requirement and/or other languages - preferred);
- Ease of interaction with the customer;
- Team spirit, flexibility, dynamism and proactivity;
- Availability for rotating and shift schedules.
