Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Join our dynamic, diverse team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler as the Full Time Seasonal Receiving Clerk. The Storeroom Clerk is part of the Purchasing Department whose function is to procure various items utilized by the hotel.
Our work environment pairs a strong commitment to excellent service and authentic experiences with an emphasis on creativity and innovation. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.
Hourly Wage: $22.00 - $23.50

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Responsibilities include sourcing vendors, ordering, and tracking all purchases in a timely manner.
  • The Storeroom Clerk checks all incoming goods against delivery invoices, food specifications, and purchase records.
  • Ensures that the type and amount of items charged and ordered were received accurately.
  • Issues food, beverage, and non-food goods to appropriate departments based on requisition orders.
