Description:

  • Commencing ASAP
  • Monday to Friday 7.00am-3.00pm
  • $34.60 per hour casual rate

Our client is seeking a dedicated, motivated Receiving Clerk to support the day to operations of a busy warehouse. This is a casual role which has the potential to turn permanent after initial placement and training is complete. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience working within administrative roles
  • Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • High degree of organisational skills and the ability to multi-task, learn quickly and be proactive

Responsibilities:

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide quality administration support to the business
  • Previous experience in receiving and dispatch
  • Provide professional customer service
  • Finalising end of day daily drivers runs for Integrated Services
  • General clerical and data entry skills a must
  • Comply with all applicable health, safety and environmental laws, regulations and statutory obligations at all times
  • Maintain the HSEQ Systems and assist with internal and external audits
  • Be alert for potential hazardous situations and report any hazardous situations in a timely manner
