Description:
RECEIVER/WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager and working in collaboration with Canduct personnel, this position is responsible for supporting the material handling requirements of the receiving, warehouse/inventory, recycle, and production tasks with the manufacturing facility.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
- 2 – 3 years receiving within a warehouse/manufacturing environment
- Current transferrable forklift license required.
- Highly organized to plan your day and prioritize your workload meeting all deadlines and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Must be able to work unsupervised and take full ownership of the job.
- Effective communication skills to clearly communicate with other team members and customers
- Strong work ethic and desire to be part of a high-performing team
- Ability to problem solve and multitask to meet scheduled and unexpected deadlines
- Elevated level of attention to detail
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency while moving from one task to another promptly with smooth transition and efficiency
- Works well independently or in a team environment
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities:
- Complete receiving and inventory transactions accurately in the ERP system.
- Physical count and cross check of receiving material with accompanying paperwork.
- Labelling of material and move to proper inventory location.
- Operate forklift in a safe manner at all times.
- Picking/packing raw materials for customer orders.
- Investigate and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Communicate, in a timely manner, low/high inventory items to the buyer.
- Accurate and efficient delivery of material to production cells.
- Removal of pallets from production floor to appropriate disposal units.
- Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of non-conformities related to product, process, and quality.
