QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:
- Experience with Microsoft Office skills (Word/Excel/Office), Xero, Visual Care and Outlook
- Previous Experience working in a Reception / Administration role
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The receptionist will assist on greeting visitors, answering calls, run errands while maintaining professional composure throughout interactions with customers or potential clients. The receptionist will have a strong working relationship with other members of St Louis.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE:
- A natural ability to engage with older people
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to engage with a range of people
- A flexible approach to supporting the St Louis’ teams to put our Clients as Number 1
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while building great relationships

- Have a high level of Empathy and Patience
- Excellent computer skills
