Description:

Are you a compassionate, friendly and efficient receptionist, ideally with experience working in the NHS or healthcare setting? We are seeking to recruit you to our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) Admin Team based at Eaglestone Health Centre in Milton Keynes.

The post-holder will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to the team including:

  • Staffing our reception desk
  • Being a helpful and empathetic first point of contact for children, young people and families
  • Data Entry and support
  • Answering phones and taking messages

Your work will be a key part of the quality of our service, and of our patients’ experience. You will need to demonstrate the ability to deal with members of the public, clinical staff and partners, and to help resolve simple issues.

To provide an efficient, effective and high-quality clerical and reception support to the MK Specialist CAMHS team in Eaglestone Health Centre. To act as front of house and receive, assist, and direct various patients, staff, and visitors to appropriate services.
To provide general assistance and support basic administrative needs of the service. The postholder will be expected to work closely and in synergy with the wider admin teams in Core CAMHS, LIST and ADHD
