Description:
You have the opportunity to create a career for life at Princebuild and we are now looking to recruit a part time Reception Administrator within our Administration Department. This position is a part-time job share, and you will be working in a team of two.
Responsible for the efficient running of a busy reception and associated administration duties, you will often be the first line of contact for our customers and employees.
Princebuild delivers second-to-none service and is looking for someone who will continue to promote this within their position.
The primary role of the Reception Administrator will be to ensure that all customer enquiries are dealt with effectively and efficiently and that administration duties are carried out timely, accurately and to a high standard.
This is a part time job share position and hours of work will be 22.25 hours per week:
12:30hrs to 17:15hrs Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
07:45hrs to 16:45hrs Friday (1 hour unpaid lunch break)
Need to be flexible to cover holidays and absences which will include Monday’s.
Must be flexible to cover additional Reception Administrator duties as the business determines necessary
