Description:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a reception superstar to join a large well-established organisation located in the CBD. Starting asap this assignment is for 2-3 months (likely longer) with possible permanent opportunities. Working full time hours Monday to Friday you will be fully utilising your exceptional communication skills assisting both their permanent staff and visitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet of visitors on site and fielding phone calls
  • Email management
  • Booking meeting rooms and organising catering where required
  • Ordering supplies
  • Liaising with any contractors on site
  • Providing administrative assistance to managers as required
  • Managing transport for employees
  • General reporting
  • Other duties as required.
