Are you looking for a rewarding challenge? Rendall & Rittner, an acclaimed Residential Leasehold Property Management company, is on the lookout for a Reception and Club Host Supervisor. This is an incredible career opportunity with a fantastic package.
Position: Reception and Club Host Supervisor
Location: Chelsea Barracks
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 0800 – 1700 (ad hoc weekend work required)
Salary: £34,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract: A permanent position that offers stability and room for growth.

As a Reception and Club Host Supervisor at Rendall & Rittner, you will be:

  • Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team.
  • Experienced in managing a team including organising rota’s, holiday, sickness, appraisals etc
  • Meticulous in your approach to quality checking all area’s of the Garrison Club
  • Proficient in IT skills to manage bookings and correspond to staff and residents via email.
  • In possession of fantastic organisational skills within a busy and demanding environment.
  • Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
  • Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
  • Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
  • Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.Has a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment
