Reception Assistant (m/w) - Full Time - Allschwil, Switzerland
Join our Process Plants team within Chemtech division in Switzerland as Reception Assistant (m/w) to help us take our customer’s experience to the next level.

Responsibilities:

YOUR MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operating the switchboard
  • Welcoming customers and visitors
  • Organizing business trips (flight, train, hotel bookings, visa applications, car hire), hotel reservations for customers/partners
  • Managing/supporting meeting rooms incl. business lunch orders for meetings and event planning, ordering drinks and coffee for meeting rooms
  • Managing the regular mail (internal and external)
  • Keys and managing access control, assisting the BU Heads at the location
  • Ordering office supplies, various general secretarial tasks
