KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Ensure a high level of customer service is always maintained.
  • Take payments when necessary.
  • Assist guests and residents with all questions and reasonable requests.
  • Greet residents and guests in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Register any issues in terms of housekeeping, maintenance, office, common areas etc.
  • Conduct site tours if necessary, with prospective residents.
  • Use of computer programmes and MS Office to maintain databases in relation to guests and residents.
  • Ensure that residents are informed of additional activities, events, higher end products etc.
  • Answering incoming calls, action faxes and emails and sort mail.
  • Attend to general receptionist duties including filing.
  • Any other duties as assigned by management.
  • Actively foster and support a positive working relationship with all team members, following correct reporting lines at all times.
  • Show absolute care and empathy towards the needs of our customers, communicate with genuine care and engage in positive relationships while maintaining professional conduct.
