KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Ensure a high level of customer service is always maintained.
- Take payments when necessary.
- Assist guests and residents with all questions and reasonable requests.
- Greet residents and guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Register any issues in terms of housekeeping, maintenance, office, common areas etc.
- Conduct site tours if necessary, with prospective residents.
- Use of computer programmes and MS Office to maintain databases in relation to guests and residents.
- Ensure that residents are informed of additional activities, events, higher end products etc.
- Answering incoming calls, action faxes and emails and sort mail.
- Attend to general receptionist duties including filing.
- Any other duties as assigned by management.
- Actively foster and support a positive working relationship with all team members, following correct reporting lines at all times.
- Show absolute care and empathy towards the needs of our customers, communicate with genuine care and engage in positive relationships while maintaining professional conduct.
