ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client is an internationally recognised company that is seeking a proficient and well-rounded individual to become their Reception/Office Administrator, based in Tullamarine.
Reporting to the HR Manager your general duties of this position include, but not limited to:
- Efficiently and professionally answering and directing calls
- Meet & greet internal and external stakeholders
- Promptly actioning emails
- Provide full office administration support, including to HR
- Maintain stock orders of consumable supplies
- Coordinate travel bookings
- Arrange catering for meetings, as directed
- General housekeeping duties
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 2years prior experience in a similar position
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient computer skills; MS Office suite
- Bubbly and welcoming demeanor
- Strong attention to details
- Ability to work efficiently, with minimal supervision
Responsibilities:
