ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is an internationally recognised company that is seeking a proficient and well-rounded individual to become their Reception/Office Administrator, based in Tullamarine.

Reporting to the HR Manager your general duties of this position include, but not limited to:

  • Efficiently and professionally answering and directing calls
  • Meet & greet internal and external stakeholders
  • Promptly actioning emails
  • Provide full office administration support, including to HR
  • Maintain stock orders of consumable supplies
  • Coordinate travel bookings
  • Arrange catering for meetings, as directed
  • General housekeeping duties

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • 2years prior experience in a similar position
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient computer skills; MS Office suite
  • Bubbly and welcoming demeanor
  • Strong attention to details
  • Ability to work efficiently, with minimal supervision

Responsibilities:
