Your New Role
As the Receptionist, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the office as well as providing administration support to the team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organised.
  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate individuals.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments.

About You

  • Previous experience in Reception, Office Administration, Office Coordination or Administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is desirable.
