We are looking for a Customer Service Superstar to join our team based in Alice Springs on a permanent part-time basis (25 - 30 hours per week) Negotiable for the right candidate
The Customer Care Executive working as reception and service planner is responsible for delivering a “wow” experience to our customers as a first point of contact for all divisions of Rentokil Initial. You will be required to handle inbound/outbound contact in a professional manner to preserve customer retention and initiate new business opportunities to existing customers that have been requested.

REQUIREMENTS -

  • Previous working experience in a similar role (customer service/ administration/ account management)
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Complaint handling and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and work autonomously
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Love working in a team environment
    The successful candidate must be able to pass a Pre-employment medical, as well as background checks.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to national and key clients
  • Drawing up contracts for services offered
  • Processing purchase orders
  • Planning and booking technician jobs for smooth client service
  • Liaising with customers on a daily basis
  • Processing enquiries efficiently and pro-actively resolving client issues
  • Supporting the Customer Services, Sales and Services team and Operations Team to achieve targets and deliverables
  • Make outgoing calls to our existing client database to promote our products and services
