Responsibilities:

LET’S TALK ABOUT THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee front office/reception area and telephone.
  • Greet visitors and sign them in via visitor management systems.
  • Manage office stationery and kitchen and catering supplies.
  • Manage access/security passes for staff/visitors.
  • Arrange couriers and distribution of mail and packages.
  • Liaising with IT regarding co-ordination of laptops for new joiners and leavers.
  • Locker Management
  • Managing after hours passes
  • Managing fruit and milk deliveries
  • Putting away stock ordered
  • Manage and collect mail
  • Assist PAs with guest tasks (especially when out of office)
  • Ordering catering for events
  • Assist with setting up for Events (ie. Unwind)
  • Manage kitchen stock
  • Monitor the Reception inbox and pass on email messages
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
  • Providing assistance to general enquiries
  • Maintaining safety and security protocols
  • Assisting transfers with Mobility etc
  • Helping guests with SwipedOn
  • Assisting CRES Team with project work, specific tasks
