Responsibilities:
MAIN DUTIES:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Direct visitors to appropriate personnel and offices
- Answer and redirect incoming phone calls
- Maintain tidy and presentable reception area and office/kitchens
- Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Support in resolving outstanding queries
- Maintain office security and control access
- Order office supplies, equipment, and refreshments
- Update calendars, schedule meetings, and book meeting rooms
- Arrange travel and accommodations
- Perform additional clerical duties as needed
