JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Receptionist, or in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Manage phone calls, answer inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate departments
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Ensure security by following procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient front desk operations
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Provide general support to the office team as needed
