Description:

We’re on the hunt for a receptionist to join the team at our Takapuna based clients!Our clients come from a top performing Engineering consultancy. They have a diverse, inclusive, fast paced and high performing team.
This role will be based at reception and there to assist any clients in and out of the office space whilst also supporting the wider office team across their administration needs.

KEY CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior experience in reception or an administration support role
  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Confident using Microsoft office - Outlook, Word, Excel
  • You’ll be adaptable and quick thinking
  • Takes immense pride in their work, contributing fresh ideas to build office cultureValid NZ work rights

Responsibilities:

  • Reception work - phone, email, visitor queries
  • Client Services
  • General team administration tasks - formatting of reports, documents, helping with fee proposals, obtaining property files.
  • Administration of social media accounts
  • Organising office social events
  • Coordinating Team training
