Description:

Come join our busy dynamic team at the Urgent Treatment Centre at Gravesham Community Hospital. The team consists of GPs Emergency Care Practitioners and Admin and Clerical staff. As part of the reception/admin team you will be the first point of contact for visitors and patients attending the Unit. Booking patients onto a patient tracking system in a timely manner. Completing various administrative duties.

Greeting visitors and patients attending the service and being courteous and professional at all times.
Booking patients into a specialised system in a timely manner between the hours of 8:00 and 20:00 including weekends bank holidays 365 day a year.
Booking fracture clinic appointments and referrals to other Acute Trusts on appointed systems.
Scanning/Docman letter transfer/Finance chip and pin paperwork, Data analysis and rectification of errors and omissions in data.
