Elevation Recruitment Group, Business Support Division are working with a leading organisation in Leeds who are dedicated to delivering exceptional services. We are currently seeking a skilled Receptionist Administrator to join the Head Office function.

    We are looking for a competent Receptionist Administrator to manage the front desk daily and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As the first point of contact for the company, the ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure a positive experience for employees, clients, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a tidy and organised reception area.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers.
  • Handle enquiries and provide accurate information about the company’s services.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meetings, conference, and training rooms.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Ensure security procedures are followed by monitoring visitor access and issuing visitor badges.
  • Assist in coordinating company events.
  • Travel and accommodation booking.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Requirements for the role:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Administrator, Secretary, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A confident worker with initiative.
