Elevation Recruitment Group, Business Support Division are working with a leading organisation in Leeds who are dedicated to delivering exceptional services. We are currently seeking a skilled Receptionist Administrator to join the Head Office function.

We are looking for a competent Receptionist Administrator to manage the front desk daily and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As the first point of contact for the company, the ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure a positive experience for employees, clients, and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers.
- Handle enquiries and provide accurate information about the company’s services.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meetings, conference, and training rooms.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Ensure security procedures are followed by monitoring visitor access and issuing visitor badges.
- Assist in coordinating company events.
- Travel and accommodation booking.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Requirements for the role:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Administrator, Secretary, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- A confident worker with initiative.
