Role Details
We are currently looking for experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join our client’s team!
Based in their office in Cockburn, you will be responsible for running the day to day office activities of the business for a busy Electrical business.
This position is offered 4 days per week (6 hours per day), for approximately 2-3 weeks, $31 per hour.

Role Requirements and Qualifications

  • 2 years’ experience in a similar position - customer focus role within an office environment.
  • Presentable

  • Polite and respectful
  • Positive attitude
  • High level customer relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and high-quality work.
  • A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude.
  • High level of organisation skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines.
  • Good judgement and decision making.
  • High level communication and IT skills.
  • Ability to cooperate and work autonomously and in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities Include Screening and interviewing applicants for short term work. Data entry, filing and maintaining spreadsheets. Monitoring and update employee records. Plan and organise manning for scheduled shut-downs, roster work and coverage positions. Booking travel and accommodation for site team following client procedures and policy. Liaising with client travel teams. Booking training for site mobilisation. Answer and direct phone calls. General office duties as required. Essential Criteria Experience in recruiting & mobilisation for short term workers. Experience with RTIO, FMG & BHP Sites preferred Previous experience working in an office environment, utilising MS Outlook, Word and Excel. Ability to work in a busy environment and able to multi-task. A positive and enthusiastic attitude with the ability to work as part of a team. Immediate start. What’s on offer?
