MONDAY-FRIDAY; 8:00AM-4:30PM
United Ability, located in the Oxmoor area of Birmingham, is a program that provides a variety of services to individuals with disabilities. We are currently seeking candidates to join our team as a Receptionist in our Adult Day Program. Our program provides services to adults with disabilities. Collaborating with other team members, you will:
- Greet visitors to the United Ability facility
- Answer the phone and direct callers to the correct department
- Mange the reception area
- Clerical duties for the program
Applicant general qualifications include:
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work with and interact with adults with disabilities and their families
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
