Responsibilities:

  1. Front Desk Management
    a. Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a positive and professional attitude.
  2. Telephone Handling
    a. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  3. Scheduling and Coordination
    a. Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate meeting schedules.
    b. Assist in preparing for meetings, including setting up rooms and arranging refreshments.
  4. Administration
    a. Managing the company social media account
    b. Updating and posting content when available
    c. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
    d. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
