Yarra Valley Nissan, a part of the Yarra Valley Motor Group, is a leading automotive dealership in Lilydale. We’re seeking a professional and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As our customer’s first point of contact, you will play a vital role in representing our brand and providing exceptional customer service.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Hands-on experience with office and barista equipment
- Previous experience in automotive dealerships highly regarded
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- A high school certificate and additional certification in Office Management are a plus.
Responsibilities:
ROLE SUMMARY:
As a Receptionist at Yarra Valley Nissan, you will manage our front desk daily and perform various administrative and clerical tasks supporting the dealership team. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere for our clients and ensure they receive a positive impression of our dealership.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the dealership.
- Offer refreshments
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials
- Provide administrative support for sales and vehicle stock control.
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Schedule appointments and update the calendar.
