Description:

We are seeking a professional and courteous receptionist to join our team. The receptionist will be responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling inquiries, and ad-hoc duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven work experience as a receptionist or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English
  • Hands-on experience.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Great customer service attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests and direct visitors to the appropriate person.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk, and administering the carpark system.
  • Order front office supplies
  • Liaise with management office for tenant matters in Suntec City
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties.
