Description:
We are seeking a professional and courteous receptionist to join our team. The receptionist will be responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling inquiries, and ad-hoc duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven work experience as a receptionist or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in Chinese and English
- Hands-on experience.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Good organizational skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Great customer service attitude.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests and direct visitors to the appropriate person.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk, and administering the carpark system.
- Order front office supplies
- Liaise with management office for tenant matters in Suntec City
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties.
