THE ORGANISATION

We are currently seeking a part-time Receptionist for our client operating in the financial services industry. Located in Pymble, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly talented and motivated team. This role is a 3-week Contract with the views for extension or potential for permanency.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet all visitors to the office, ensuring they have registered in the login system and are well informed of relevant procedures while on premises
  • Manage and direct all incoming telephone calls through the Reception call queue
  • Attend to the sorting and distribution of all incoming/outgoing mail and couriers. Management of all records and archiving requirements
