Description:
Plaza Nissan in Hamilton is seeking a full time Receptionist to join our busy team!
With a willingness to represent our Dealership in a professional and friendly manner, we are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to take ownership of this integral administrative function. We offer a positive and supportive work environment with exceptional management support.
The days are Monday to Friday (hours to be discussed) with some evening and weekend coverage as required by the needs of the business.
Responsibilities:
- First and central point of contact, for all customers in person or on the phone.
- Support Sales Team with floor control and Dealership traffic logging.
- Promptly and efficiently run the Dealership’s telephone switchboard and direct all calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage and maintain a welcoming customer waiting area.
- Compile and finalize vehicle licensing
- Stock in vehicle inventory
- Order supplies as needed
- Receive customer payments or obtain credit authorizations.
- Additional duties as needed.
