RECEPTIONIST
What are we looking for?
The original Blackshaw Real Estate agency, Blackshaw Manuka, are looking for a Receptionist to join our team.
The role:
You will be responsible for the overall front office operation. Setting up and ensuring the reception area is well presented, answering the phone and attending to clients as they arrive with utmost care. You will have a focus on customer service and attention to detail.
The successful candidate will:
Be professionally presented
Have outstanding phone manner
Ability to prioritise and multi-task
Be consistent and highly reliable
Have excellent customer service skills
Enjoy making a positive contribution in a team environment
Have experience in the real estate industry (preferred but not essential)
Obtain or willing to obtain an ACT Certificate of Registration in Property Services
