Description:
Carp Cosmetic Surgery Center in Uniontown OH is looking for a full time front office receptionist to join our team. Required hours are Mon-Thur 9AM - 5PM and Fri 8AM - 4PM. We are located on 4031 Massillon Road Suite A. Our ideal candidate is self starter, attentive, ambitious, and reliable. MUST HAVE DYNAMIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES SKILLS.
Responsibilities
*Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner *Answer and screen phone calls *Appointment scheduling *Patient chart assembly *Assist with inventory check in *Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources *Assist patient coordinator
Qualifications
*Proven experience as an outstanding receptionist *Knowledge of basic computer skills, spreadsheets and word processing documents *Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner *Time-management and organizational skills *Medical background is a plus

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $16.00 - $20.00/hour.
