Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
  • Greeting and assisting visitors including ensuring appropriate sign in procedures take place
  • Answering the main switchboard and effectively directing calls
  • Effectively recording and passing on messages to relevant staff
  • Training relief staff in all aspects of reception
  • Keeping records of processes and procedures for relief staff
  • Organising mail, postage and couriers
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings and managing the use of the corporate office’s meeting rooms.
  • Undertaking other administrative duties for the Facilities team as required including accounts payable
  • Planning and scheduling own work to meet required timelines and outputs
  • Understanding output requirements and clarifying as appropriate
