Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Training is provided.
- 1-2 years of working experience.
- Good in written and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth daily operations of reception counter.
- Monitor and ensure that the reception area is kept tidy.
- Receive and greet visitors professionally and in a courteous manner and manage courier services.
- Handle incoming calls in professional manner and direct it to the appropriate person.
- Manage all meeting rooms, office equipment & telephone systems, office supplies.
- Maintain and order pantry stocks e.g. drinks and snacks and maintenance of coffee machine.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (issue visitor access card, etc).
- Liaising with customers, contractors, building management, suppliers and cleaner.
- Weekly check on cleaning services e.g. cleanliness of office carpet, pantry, etc, and provide feedback to cleaning service vendor on any unsatisfied work done.
- Maintain and upkeep of office admin records and filing system.
- General maintenance and housekeeping of the office premises and equipment.
- Ensure that all the main doors (general areas) are duly locked securely after office hour
- Coordinate fire drill exercise and maintain proper records after each exercise.
- Maintain and upkeep of ABPGROUP offices key press box.
- Handle letterbox and distribute letters.
- Arrange ad hoc office lunch ordering, company events and other administrative duties.
