Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Training is provided.
  • 1-2 years of working experience.
  • Good in written and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth daily operations of reception counter.
  • Monitor and ensure that the reception area is kept tidy.
  • Receive and greet visitors professionally and in a courteous manner and manage courier services.
  • Handle incoming calls in professional manner and direct it to the appropriate person.
  • Manage all meeting rooms, office equipment & telephone systems, office supplies.
  • Maintain and order pantry stocks e.g. drinks and snacks and maintenance of coffee machine.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (issue visitor access card, etc).
  • Liaising with customers, contractors, building management, suppliers and cleaner.
  • Weekly check on cleaning services e.g. cleanliness of office carpet, pantry, etc, and provide feedback to cleaning service vendor on any unsatisfied work done.
  • Maintain and upkeep of office admin records and filing system.
  • General maintenance and housekeeping of the office premises and equipment.
  • Ensure that all the main doors (general areas) are duly locked securely after office hour
  • Coordinate fire drill exercise and maintain proper records after each exercise.
  • Maintain and upkeep of ABPGROUP offices key press box.
  • Handle letterbox and distribute letters.
  • Arrange ad hoc office lunch ordering, company events and other administrative duties.
