Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to do shift work and work overtime when needed
- Able to work on Saturdays/Sundays/Public Holidays
- Experience in this industry is a bonus, but not required
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients and employees in a friendly and professional matter
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Attending to call-in or walk-in customers to do the funeral arrangements
- Follow up from funeral arrangements up to the columbarium installation, liaising with customers
- Manage and maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide general administration support, including data entry, photocopying, scanning and filing
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and document preparation
- Assist with office supply management and inventory
- Provide administrative support to different departments as needed
- Handle and direct inquiries or issues to the appropriate team members
- Ensure compliance with security and company policies
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
