Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Basic receptionist duties include manning of door access system, answering of incoming calls, updating of phone list, handling office broadcast and serving refreshments and beverages to visitors.
  • Front line ambassador: receiving guests, informing respective department of guests’ arrival, and putting up of welcome sign (during events) when requested.
  • Monitoring of the company general email and re-route to respective personnel/department
  • Managing incoming mails (postal)
  • Responsible in upkeep of sundries and stationery, including printing of name cards, letter heads, envelopes, ordering of sundries and stationery.
  • Replenishing water and ensuring refrigerators are clean and tidy and pantry is clean and tidy and well stocked with sundries.
  • Responsible for checking invoices and preparing purchase orders.
  • Assist in the sourcing of new suppliers, review and renewal of new/existing contracts.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Other Responsibilities

  • Provide admin support to Logistics department
  • Invoice processing and verification
  • Inventory level monitoring
  • Preparation of Quotations
  • Operations support

Requirement

  • Min “O” level, Diploma holders will have an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office skills
  • Self-driven and able to work as a team
  • Able to plan and organize work efficiently and independently
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good with follow-up and meticulous with work
  • Good in English (both Spoken & writen)
