Description:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Attending to call-in or walk-in customers to do the funeral arrangements.
- Follow up from funeral arrangements up to the columbarium installation, liaising with customers.
- Manage and maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Provide general administration support, including data entry, photocopying, scanning and filing.
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and document preparation.
- Assist with office supply management and inventory.
- Provide administrative support to different departments as needed.
- Handle and direct inquiries or issues to the appropriate team members.
- Ensure compliance with security and company policies.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
