The role is a receptionist role, greeting and assisting clients in person and over the phone.

  • Provide excellent telephone service skills.
  • Manage mail correspondence.
  • Assist with daily general reception/administrative duties; collecting mail, data entry, meeting room set up and end of day kitchen duties.
