Description:

At Eastwood Park we are proud of the beautiful surroundings in which we work and want to make sure that lots of others get to enjoy this wonderful venue. As we move into a busy period we need some extra help on our Reception desk on a 6 month fixed term contact.
There’s a great opportunity to make a difference at a busy and really exciting time and we may be able to offer a permanent role further down the line.
Working as part of the Country House team, you will report to the Head Receptionist and be responsible for the day-to-day running of the front desk. You will be the first point of contact for all visitors to Eastwood Park and will deal with enquiries from day visitors, residents, wedding parties and guests at social functions. You will provide a warm and friendly service to ensure everyone experiences the highest standards.

You will have a strong interest in hospitality and thrive on delivering the most outstanding customer service. In addition, we are looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience working in an administration or checking-in function
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software and confident with other IT systems specific to this role (booking and payment systems etc.).
  • A warm, friendly, confident and approachable manner.
  • A smart appearance with high standards of personal presentation.

We are able to offer a full time fixed-term contract working 37 hours over 5 days on a rota basis to include evenings and weekends.
