THE ROLE
Our client is seeking a warm and highly organised Receptionist to be the face of the business. This is an amazing opportunity for you to bring your high attention to detail to make this role your own.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering incoming calls in a professional manner
- Meeting and greeting clients with a friendly and professional approach
- Booking and assisting with client meetings
- Data management – MYOB AE
- Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail when required
- Managing and ordering Office supplies
- Ad hoc administration tasks
