Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist parents, students, and visitors in a welcoming manner.
  • Handle phone calls and emails, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the reception area.
  • Assist in administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle student registrations and inquiries.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
