REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role preferred.
- A background in fashion is advantageous, with a keen eye for bridal trends and styles.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Comfortable using basic computer programs and office equipment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times, representing the studio with professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, warmly welcoming them to the studio and providing exceptional customer service.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the studio calendar.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to ensure a personalized experience.
- Assist with Sales: Support the sales team by guiding clients through the boutique, showcasing our products, and assisting with fittings and consultations.
- Studio Maintenance: Ensure the reception area and studio space are clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control, including receiving shipments, updating product records, and conducting stock checks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across various departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional client experiences.
