THE OPPORTUNITY
In your new role, you will be the first point of contact with all visitors and key clients. The Director is looking for an upbeat Receptionist who will truly engage with each visitor, developing a personable yet professional impression of the company. With a long list of highly valued clients, this company is looking for an office administrator who is committed to upholding a bubbly yet professional attitude and provide a welcoming environment for all. Based in CBD fringe, you will assist in the day-day running of the office.

The successful candidate will hold previous Receptionist / Administration (+1 years) experience and sound competency across Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel & Outlook). Your bright energy will make you the go-to person in the office, where you will be proactive and help wherever needed. Excellent organisation skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise is paramount. You will be quick-witted and can assess situations and come to a useful course of action. We are not only looking for someone who can do the job, but someone who will bring their cheerful personality and truly add to the culture.
Responsibilities:
As the first point of contact for clients, you will be well presented and support a team of busy professionals. Your main duties will involve but are not limited to, managing incoming calls, calendar schedules and preparing formal report summaries from meetings. You will bring an enthusiastic approach to your work and be comfortable working both collaboratively and autonomously.
