Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Extend professional and warm greetings to clients and visitors upon their arrival.
  • Efficiently handle incoming calls, screening and redirecting them as needed.
  • Maintain and oversee the computerised phone system, including managing staff diversions and after-hours contact redirection.
  • Forward emails received at the main company address to their respective recipients.
  • Offer administrative assistance to the team whenever necessary.
  • Aid in the coordination of internal events, including setup, catering, and procurement.
