Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Extend professional and warm greetings to clients and visitors upon their arrival.
- Efficiently handle incoming calls, screening and redirecting them as needed.
- Maintain and oversee the computerised phone system, including managing staff diversions and after-hours contact redirection.
- Forward emails received at the main company address to their respective recipients.
- Offer administrative assistance to the team whenever necessary.Aid in the coordination of internal events, including setup, catering, and procurement.
