QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Pleasant telephone voice with excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to learn new tasks and concepts quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Ability to multi-task (and be detail-oriented while doing so.)
  • Strong organizational, problem solving, and time management skills

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls daily
  • Handle basic inquiries and forward complex questions to appropriate staff
  • Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Accurately complete data entry of Medical Claims.
  • Assist the Claims Analyst/Negotiations and Client Services Teams with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Work with the Director, Claims Operations to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA protocol at all times..Other duties as assigned
