Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Duty Manager, you will be the face of the resort and the first point of call for all things Gold Coast, utilising your amazing customer service skills to provide our guests with a memorable experience. Your key responsibilities for the role include:
- Guest check in and check outs and accommodation reservations
- Processing payments & maintaining records
- Answering incoming calls, general enquiries & assisting guests with their requests
- Providing information to guests about accommodation, rates and amenities and the upselling of products & services
- Communicate & collaborate with other departments
Full availability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts on a rotating roster between 7am-11pm, weekdays, nights, weekends & public holidays are required in this role.
